How does the trial work? add

What happens to my work if I stop subscribing? add

Your showfiles are stored on your iPad and are always yours. Your cloud backups remain available for 90 days after your subscription ends.

Why do Pro and Command bill quarterly? add

Pro and Command carry a 3-month minimum, billed upfront ($299.97 and $449.97 per quarter). Core and Advanced are month-to-month. Any plan can go annual for 2 months free. Annual plans are billed once and are non-refundable.

We’re a rental house. How is that priced? add

Per device, 3-device minimum, on Advanced and up, with a central admin console, centralized billing, instant org-wide revocation and priority support. Contact sales and we’ll tailor terms.

Do I need special hardware? add

Any Art-Net or sACN node works over Wi-Fi or Ethernet. Cerise adds wireless DMX to Astera rigs.
